ENQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS
We collect the name, contact details and event information you provide, such as dates, locations, guest numbers and service preferences. We use these details to reply, prepare a quote and arrange catering. Our lawful bases are taking steps towards a contract or carrying out a booking, and our legitimate interest in responding to general business enquiries. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

DIETARY INFORMATION
Please give quantities and catering requirements without naming individual guests or sharing medical histories. Necessary allergy arrangements are discussed directly before a booking. If identifiable health information is needed, we will explain why and arrange an appropriate basis before collecting it.

OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS
IONOS hosts the website and operates the contact form. Enquiries are sent to our Gmail inbox, provided by Google. These services process information to operate the website and communications. Google may process information on servers outside the UK. Its published data-transfer framework describes protections including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where required. WEBSITE STATISTICS AND COOKIES
IONOS SiteAnalytics uses logs or a pixel for visit statistics and technical optimisation. It records technical details such as the requested page, referring page, browser, device and access time. IONOS states that IP addresses are anonymised immediately after transmission and that this service does not use cookies. Links to social networks and event organisers take you to external websites with their own privacy policies.

PRIVACY CONTROLS
Use Accept, Reject or Configure on the privacy banner to choose optional services. You can change your choices using Privacy Settings. The controls list IONOS SiteAnalytics and Google Maps. If you choose to enable Google Maps, Google's privacy policy applies to that service: policies.google.com/privacy.

RETENTION
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Booking records are kept while needed to deliver the service, deal with related queries and meet legal or accounting obligations. Dietary notes are removed when no longer needed for the event or related follow-up.

YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask to access or correct your information, and may have rights to deletion, restriction, objection or portability depending on the circumstances. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it.
